- Certified Gut Health Coach
- Holistic wellness advocate
- Breast cancer survivor
I didn't arrive here by accident.
This work found me through one of the most challenging seasons of my life.
I am a two-time breast cancer survivor. And in the midst of navigating diagnosis, treatment, and recovery — not once, but twice — I also experienced the deep emotional weight of losing my mother to cancer. That season changed me in ways I can't fully put into words.
It forced me to ask deeper questions about my body, my health, and my life. I realized that surviving wasn't enough for me. I didn't just want to get through it — I wanted to truly heal.
So I began searching. I dove into research. I explored holistic practices. I became intentional about rebuilding my body, my mind, and my lifestyle. And the more I searched for answers, the more everything began to point me back to something deeper — something foundational.
It all led me to what I now call God's Health. A way of living that goes beyond surface-level fixes and instead focuses on how we care for our bodies as a whole — physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Through that journey, I discovered that healing isn't just about what you eat or what supplements you take. It's about how you live, how you think, and how you steward your body daily.
Because I believe healing is not just personal — it's generational.
When a woman learns how to take care of her body, understands what it needs, and begins to live in alignment with it, she doesn't just change her own life. She shifts the trajectory of her family, her community, and the generations that come after her. That's what I call generational health.
And for me, this work is deeply rooted in my faith. Not in a way that excludes — but in a way that anchors. Because I truly believe that our bodies are not random. They are intentional. And how we care for them matters.
My role is to guide you back to that awareness. To help you reconnect with your body, understand what it's telling you, and begin healing from the inside out — with structure, with intention, and with support.
